The town of Cicero, Ill., has agreed to pay $500,000 to a former employee who was fired after accusing the town president of sexually harassing her. The plaintiff claimed she was fired only four months after filing her complaint and that the firing was retaliatory in nature. Earlier this month the woman dropped her complaint against the town president.
