A former sales manager at a California Toyota dealership owned by John Elway has filed a discrimination lawsuit against the dealership’s general manager. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff, a minority, was paid less than white co-workers and was denied promotions due to his race. The suit also contends that the manager created a “hostile work environment” and used racial slurs.
