A taxi jumped a curb, crashing into a crowd in front of Philadelphia’s Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, striking a bicyclist and a pedestrian. Both are in critical condition. The accident happened around 10 p.m. Wednesday when the cab collided with a car trying to merge into another lane, spun around and struck the cyclist, the pedestrian and a light pole.
