Ticketmaster customers who made purchases between 1999 and 2011 will receive a $1.50 credit for each ticket purchased, up to 17. The class-action suit was filed in 2003 for secret “processing fees,” which according to the settlement, the company is still allowed to issue, but they must be upfront about it. Customers must claim their credits within four years, and the overall potential sum for the company amounts to $11.25 million.
