A group of workers employed with Capital Grille said they will file a discrimination lawsuit against the grill’s owner, Darden Restaurants Inc. The employees say the company gives “lucrative ‘front-of-house’ positions” to white workers and relegates the low end jobs to “people of color.” The plaintiffs also claim Capital Grille forces many of its employees to work without pay and share tips with non-tipped workers.
