A reproductive rights group has asked a judge to rule against an FDA order to limit the availability of the Plan B contraceptive. The group filed to reopen a lawsuit filed in 2005, which placed restrictions on the drug. Currently, the contraceptive is available to women 17 or older without prescription, and only on doctors’ orders to younger girls.
