Zoya Yarnykh has spent her decade-long career focused on representing plaintiffs – in civil rights, personal injury, disability claims/Social Security benefits, and abuse of special needs children. Zoya obtained her B.A. in Psychology from the San Francisco State University in 2005, and her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2008. During her last year of law school, through Child Advocacy Clinic, she represented children in dependency proceedings. Zoya is admitted to all courts in the state of California, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California.
Ashley Guzman is the legal assistant and paralegal at Liberty Law. She received her Associates of Art degree and Paralegal certificate from Heald Business College. Ashley has been working in the legal field for over five years, and is dedicated to helping plaintiffs during their time of need. Ashley is an avid sports fan and music enthusiast. In her free time she can usually be found at a ballgame or spending time with her family and three dogs.
Danelle Snyder is a native Californian – born and raised in the East Bay. After graduating high school, she attended California State East Bay and spent a Semester abroad at the University of London. She has been in the accounting field for over 20 years, and has worked for law firms since the beginning of her career. She joined the Liberty Law team in 2012 and heads-up the accounting department.
Bianca Guzman, a Bay Area native, is Liberty Law’s receptionist and file clerk. Bianca is new to the legal field but is enjoying the experience of working in a fast paced legal office and proud of the work the firm does. When not working to improve access to justice, Bianca enjoys spending time with her three dogs and frequent trips to Disneyland.
